Subscription Refund Policy
Below is our refund policy for subscription services. Please review it carefully before subscribing:
- Billing and Cancellation: Subscriptions are automatically billed at the end of each paid billing cycle or trial period. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you remain responsible for the full fee of the current billing cycle upon cancellation.
- Refunds: Once billed, all non-annual sales are final, and refunds are not issued. Cancellations are processed promptly but take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You can continue accessing your product until the end of the cycle, with no further charges.
- Unused Portions and Trials: Refunds are not available for unused portions of the service, including trial periods. Trial periods cannot be paused or reinstated if a subscription is canceled early. Unused trial days cannot be credited towards billed days.
- Payment Processing: If a payment is declined, we may attempt to process it again. We reserve the right to amend this policy, so please review it periodically.
- Cancellation Processing: Cancellation requests may take a few days to process. You are solely responsible for canceling your account within your desired timeframe.

At Market Traders Institute, LLC, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality educational resources and tools to enhance your trading skills. Our satisfaction guarantee policy is crucial for both customers and the company.
For customers it provides a peace of mind, reduces the risk associated with purchasing, knowing that there’s a straightforward process that helps build customer confidence and satisfaction, transparency and enhance trust.
For the company it provides conflict resolution, feedback from the customers, legal protection and operational efficiency. We understand that our products may not meet everyone’s needs, which is why we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:
Products Eligible For Refund
- The Traders Edge Annual Subscription.
- The Traders Elite Annual Subscription.
- The Chief’s Traders Mastery Annual Subscription:
Time Period
For annual prepaid subscriptions, refund requests must be made within 60 days by submitting a cancellation request through your online university portal. Additionally, completion and proof of effort must be received within 60 days of purchase. All requests must include the reason for the cancellation of the product.
Effort Requirements
To qualify for a refund, clients must demonstrate a concerted effort to engage with our educational materials and trading tools. Specifically, clients are required to:
- Complete at least 50% of the online lessons associated with their purchased product.
- Complete Quizzes and final exam.
- Attend their Foundation meeting (approximately 45 minutes).
- Attend a minimum of 5 hours of the engagement sessions.
- Place at least 3 trades, either live or in a demo account.
Proof of Effort
- Clients must submit records of the live or demo trades they have placed as part of their refund request.
- All other effort tracking, including completion of online lessons and attendance of the Foundation meeting and Engagement sessions, will be monitored and tracked by Market Traders Institute’s internal product tracking systems.
Refund Conditions
- No Partial Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if all of the above conditions are met in full. Partial refunds will not be provided.
- Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be granted in cases where:
- The client experiences technical issues on their side that prevent the proper use of the product.
- The client misuses the product in a manner inconsistent with the intended use.
- If client uses a 3rd party financing for their purchase, company will refund the amount of money it received from the 3rd party financing company.
Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refund requests will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
